It is neither related to the water injection process which is usually a method used for cooling combustion chambers by adding up water to incoming air and fuel mixture which in turn allows higher compression ratios with comparatively low engine knocking (detonation).
It is not similar to a hydrogen car where in to fuel it from water, the energy is used from a power plant to generate hydrogen gas through electrolysis.

It works on chemical energy content of water. The combustion of few conventional fuels like petrol or gasoline, coal, wood, etc., results in formation of substances with comparatively low energy.

Natural chemical processes or reactions don´t create energy. It is released by forming stable bonds from unstable bonds. Water is one such chemical abundant in nature since it has stable bonds which resist many reactions.

Theoretically it is possible to extract all energy from water by the process of nuclear fusion. Currently, we don´t have any commercially available goods based on the above technologies. Several have already been produced in courts but they have been fraudulently used for investment funds.

Inventors of the water-fuelled engines say that this technology has already been put into use but it was suppressed by international conventional-fuel suppliers like oil companies.
